Darwin Bay, located on Genovesa Island, is an impressive coral beach. You can hike on a trail running along the beach past lava ridges and pools, where you will be met by charming views at the highest point overlooking the bay. Known as Bird Island, you will see large colonies of Red-footed Boobies, lava gulls, mockingbirds and Galapagos doves. It is a great place for snorkeling, and you'll be able to spot hammerhead sharks, reef fish, rays and even sea lions. You can also enjoy a panga ride around the bay.
