The Baroness Lookout, located in the northern end of Floreana Island, is a natural viewpoint allowing magnificent panoramic views of the island. Its name comes from Baronesa Eloisa Von Wagner, who loved this location and spent hours studying the landscape and watching the vessels approach the island, and who later disappeared with one of her lovers. You can reach it on top of an easy marked trail where you will be met by impressive vistas. You can also take a panga ride and observe the marine wildlife, like sea lions, sea turtles, golden-eagle rays and even Galapagos penguins.
